The Hudson River Valley in New York State and the adjacent areas of Vermont and Massachusetts are home of some to the most wonderful foods available.

I am in the process of developing this web site and writing a cookbook to reflect the gastronomic wonders of the region. 

My blog will keep track of  seasonal foods when and where they become available.  I will also share information about farms as I visit them to find new sources of ingredients.

Each recipe includes a pdf version that you can click on and print easily in black and white.
